Stage 2 ultimately validated the core Pick'ems philosophy while reshuffling which teams benefited most from it. The format again rewarded survival, bracket navigation, and map pool depth over raw reputation. Spirit and Vitality emerged as group winners, while FURIA, Aurora, G2, and MOUZ claimed the remaining playoff spots through very different paths.

Spirit delivered the cleanest run of the stage. They topped their group and moved directly into the semi-finals without needing the padding round. Their disciplined CT sides and late-round control translated exactly as projected, making them one of the strongest Pick'ems anchors in hindsight.

Vitality mirrored that efficiency. Their only stumble came against Aurora, but they never lost control of their bracket position and secured a direct semi-final berth. From a Pick'ems perspective, this was the ideal outcome. Fewer matches, stable output, and ZywOo delivering predictable value across every map.

Aurora were the biggest positive deviation from expectations. After upsetting Falcons and beating MOUZ, they forced Vitality into a competitive series and secured a playoff spot outright. This run justified MAJ3R's value positioning in the guide and showed why Aurora were flagged as a leverage team capable of exceeding baseline projections.
FURIA took the hardest path to the playoffs. An opening loss to FUT dropped them into the lower bracket, where they had to grind through elimination matches to qualify. This reinforced the warning signs highlighted in the Pick'ems guide. They survived, but at high variance, making them dangerous if overexposed yet valuable for series volume.

On the other side, MOUZ advanced through resilience rather than dominance. After losing to Aurora, they recovered by defeating Falcons in a tight series defined by late-round discipline. Their path perfectly matched the format driven value model. Not flashy, but reliable across multiple maps.

G2 completed the playoff lineup after a deep run that began in Stage 1 and carried into Stage 2. Their narrow loss to Spirit did not derail them, and their ability to stay competitive against top-tier opposition made them a steady accumulation team rather than a boom-or-bust pick.
Looking at the Pick'ems losses, the biggest disappointment remained PARIVISION. Their early elimination was abrupt and left little room for fantasy recovery. Despite correct structural logic, their failure to stabilize after losing momentum made them one of the most damaging picks of the stage.
BC.Game followed the expected losing path. They did not advance, but their matches were long and scrappy, keeping s1mple viable as a differentiation play even in defeat. This aligned with their leverage classification in the guide.
FUT narrowly missed playoffs after shaping the bracket by eliminating FURIA early. Their losses were competitive, but lack of consistency prevented a full conversion. They functioned as disruptors rather than finishers.

Falcons, Astralis, Natus Vincere, and the remaining teams exited after failing to adapt once pressured into lower bracket scenarios. Their losses were either too quick or too one-sided to offer meaningful Pick'ems value.
Overall, Stage 2 confirmed that Pick'ems success comes from understanding paths, not just power rankings. Spirit and Vitality rewarded trust in structure. Aurora and MOUZ proved the value of volume and resilience. FURIA survived despite flaws. The teams that failed were those without a recovery plan once momentum turned.
Choose battles wisely. Stage 2 rewarded players who did.
